I am writing a report on yesterday's fatal crash of a Bell 206 in Fairfield, California. I have a couple quick questions about the NTSB's involvement;

Is the current pandemic the reason why investigators are not travelling to the scene? Are there plans for a subsequent visit to the scene? What investigative steps can the board take in these kinds of accidents without travelling in support?
