Talk:Papua New Guinea represented by two Paralympians in London
Journalist notes
editThe Papua New Guinea Handbook was uploaded using dropbox thing to the jws space. If it doesn't work, erk. :( I decided to write this article after having cleared acccreditation/immigration/customs with them. People in this group included Davina Chan, Bernard Chan and Kefu Ma. Their athletes were not clearing through. (Though fun note: There was an APC bag saying "Amy Winters" so I suspect she was on my 6 hour delayed plane from Sydney. There was a wheelchair rugby support person on my plane too.)
In conversations in the airport, the basic facts of the article were repeated to me, including a huge amount of pride in the silver medal won in 2008. I was told he was back again and they had great hopes for him. --LauraHale (talk) 19:13, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
- This source confirms it was the country's first Games. Ditto which games they participated in and total number of competitors.--LauraHale (talk) 19:34, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
- Management & Athletes page in the book include that information as to who is there. --LauraHale (talk) 19:37, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
