@Pi zero: I’ve changed it but I always understood it to be the difference between a generic reference (for example a group of presidents meeting at the UN) and a specific reference (for example the President of X Country speaking at the UN). I suppose it doesn’t make a huge difference but lowercase in this instance just doesn’t read well for me. Green Giant (talk) 14:10, 2 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
