Comments by reviewer: Three sentences need some grammatical work, as I'm not sure what they mean: second paragraph, first and last sentences; third paragraph, first sentence. There's a passage I might have tweaked a little for distance from source, but it's in the first sentence of the second paragraph and I didn't want to tinker with that sentence since I'm not sure how the sentence is meant to work. Although it's clear from two sources that the foreign ministry did release a statement, I'm unclear on whether that statement said they'd been turned over. Neither source says so directly; they do say the statement indicates a hope the gesture will be reciprocated, but it's not clear whether the statement was before or after the people had actually been turned over. Modi said something to Sharif and representatives of other SAARC nations, but that was some days earlier; we don't want to give the impression it was said at the same time as the prisoner release. The sources do verify that the Foreign Office said they hoped India would return the gesture. Adjusting the sentence to say this was pushing the limits of reviewer's purview, but hopefully was within bounds since the sentence occurs in the midst of a paragraph about bilateral relations. Having made that change, I then reversed the order of the last two sentences because this order clarifies the relationship between the two facts: the fishermen were being held even though they'd already served out their sentences, and the Foreign Office hoped India would release Pakistanis who had also already served out their sentences. I consider reversing the order of these sentences to be a minimal change to clarify this relationship because, although it looks very big as a diff, it makes no change to the wording of each individual sentence. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
