Copyright: Passed Newsworthiness: Passed Verifiability: Not ready: One source says that it does not give road closure info so for now I can't find anything to back this up "Road closures affect much of the state, with many local roads closed due to flooding in most regions west of the Great Dividing Range." Also I don't see anything to confirm this "where significant damage to property and infrastructure has occurred." However this may be included in the definition for disaster area, but I'm not sure where to find the definition. Lastly it doesn't say "now most concerned" but that could be infered because they carried out extra activities such as sandbagging, but just want to be sure. I believe much of the issues should now be addressed. A natural disaster declaration is given when there has been significant damage to property and infrastructure, see this for the assistance which is provided as a result of such a declaration. I am unable to locate a precise definition but my understanding is that significant damage has to of occured for a declaration to be made - Cartman02au (Talk)(AU Portal) 06:58, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
