Hope airbone sickness won't happen.

Oooo edit

well this is intresting i seriously hope those villagers get better and hopefully the deasease or bacteria or whatever you want to call it wont spread to anywhere else.

Interesting edit

Sounds like the beginning of a zombie movie... or something.

Andromeda Strain anyone? edit

Seriously, while it is unlikely that a lump of space-rock carries a desease that magically evolved in space to exactly fit human biology, there are a couple of interesting (in the chinese proverb sense) possible alternatives to mass hysteria. Either the impact released something nasty underground (volcanic gas style) or the thing-from-space was man-made. Like an old russian nuclear-powered spy-sat. Perhaps a "grown-up" should run a geiger-counter over the site.

Movie... edit

I saw a science fiction movie a number of months ago... A meteor broke up into the atmosphere, little black rocks infected people with an alien microbe that took over their minds. It was called invasion or something.

Perhaps the Peruvians saw it and thought it was real! Contralya 07:07, 19 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

lol. maybe.

Movie edit

Hey does this sound like the plot to a bad sci fi movie to anyone else?

It's a cover-up! edit

It's obvious that the meteorite contained somthing that the government doesn't want released to the public, most likely somthing dangerous that will incite panic. It might possibly be a virus or spore. It would be wise to be very weary of stranges reports from Peru, this may very well be the beginning of the zombie wars my friends. I'm off to my bunker, I suggest you do the same.
