For Americans like me, what is a Rubbish Tip? Is it like a landfill converted into a hill? Neebs 12:34, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
- Something like that. We, in New Zealand usually just simply call it a tip. --Nzgabriel | Talk 19:42, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
- I think the article should be renamed to use the term "Landfill" instead of the colloquial slang "Rubbish tip". The former, after all, is used in most English-speaking places, anyways. Cacophony 20:57, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
- Done. --Nzgabriel | Talk 01:26, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
- colloquial slang, normally should be allowed in a article about that country imo, as long as it is translated Brian | (Talk) | New Zealand Portal 08:01, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
