The author parameter is somewhat optional. A lot of sources don't even list authors. In any case, this is a minor thing, if that's the only problem with an article you should just correct it yourself and publish it. Tempodivalse [talk] 00:08, 15 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Agreed it's minor enough that fixing it leaves a peer reviewer uninvolved.
