A really effort was made, and I did a further round of tweaks to improve distance at some troublesome spots, though of course the writer is more free than the reviewer to make major structural changes to avoid similarities. I cheated a bit to verify that the dates on Moore's other two books are later than the autobiography, as that wasn't clear from the source. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
