It does seem this could use some words up-front to explain why it's significant (ergo, newsworthy). The language does need some general cleanup here and there.

Is this below length? As I say, it could use better explanation up-front of significance, and that would probably put it outside of any questionable zone on length. I might have put it on the "safe" side on length, myself. --Pi zero (talk) 21:06, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
