Umm, I don't think that breaking news has a universal definition. Yes, we might invent one but don't tie it to details about article publication here. Here the news is breaking in that there will be further developments soon, but not breaking in that we know exactly when they will occur. 86.74.43.239 22:21, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
