To save the reviewer reading the whole thing, "E Hall includes accommodation for vulnerable prisoners." is the only thing sourced from the Fatal Accident Inquiry's determination. Yes, it's from 2006, but you don't just up and move your most problematic (in a day-to-day sense) group from one end of the prison to another. Colin Penrose's Facebook was easy to find as we have mutual friends. Here's what at least one article was blabbring on about.

Several brief RIP-type messages are on Colin's fb profile. One is noteworthy: When posting an RIP message, a third party asked the poster what happened. Her response: "He got strangled". No word on if that's true, treat with caution.

His about notes he attended the school in Oban. His self-bio reads "i hate football and i hate the police i like to drink and budweiser at the weekends and am still looking for a job".
