Preliminary thouhts

• Skimming the text, I tweaked a couple of clearly-non-neutral phrases; got an argumentative vibe from the overall flow of text, in which the reporter seemed to be making a non-neutral point, but the continuity of the flow was disrupted by pausing for the first tier of adjustments made. I'm hoping to perceive the overall flow better when coming back to the text for a fresh reading after a (hopefully, short) break.
• Readers won't know what the Streisand effect is.
