I just touched base with someone from NASA about this event and this person sent me a paper on this but I discovered that it says it was submitted sometime earlier this year (not in the last few days; way earlier than that) (per Wikinews:Newsworthiness) which means the event most likely occurred sometime before it was submitted, which is why I, myself, didn't submit it for review. The NextGen project must have critics; the article might have been greatly strengthened by drawing in some source for criticism, as background; it wouldn't have to be current to be background, appearing well down the WN:inverted pyramid. I did try to neutralize the presentation of what material was here. The last thing I did for neutrality was revise the headline (with which I struggled a bit, as evidenced by the page history). I have no idea why an old article on a complete different topic was renamed and replaced to build this; one would have thought a completely different article would be created as a separate page, and the old article would be left to become abandoned and disappear in the natural course of things. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
