The UN envoy is mentioned on 5th para page 2 of the first Times Online article [1]. It was difficult to track down as the Times has significantly rewritten the article since I last accessed it. --Александр Дмитрий (Alexandr Dmitri) (talk) 15:58, 19 October 2009 (UTC)
