The use of the term "floated", while wikilinked to w:IPO, is a little vague here. Just a comment, in hopes that someone will clean it up.  :) I assume (correctly or incorrect, I'm not sure) that it means that "offered for IPO". Philippe (WMF) (talk) 01:18, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
