Talk:Democrat submits resolution to impeach Cheney
Main page
editIs this more important than Putin's address? I'd like the article to be a little more mature before putting it there, at least.--Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 18:55, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
- yes it is!! we gotta make this front page!!! this is the biggest news to hit this planet!!!!!! (:O) -Nima Baghaei talk · cont · email 18:59, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
NPOV
editThis article does not seem to be neutral. Also, Kucinich is a fringe player and the resolution has very little chance of passing, rendering it not the biggest news on the planet. --SVTCobra 19:13, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
- man im telling yah it is! wait tell you see the number of hits the article gets! wowzers.. (:OP (:O) -Nima Baghaei talk · cont · email 19:23, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
- Hit counts matter for commercial websites. Sensationalism doesn't belong here. --SVTCobra 19:35, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
I think we should keep in mind that this is an international site and, as such, the international community might very well find it encouraging that at long last someone in the U.S. government is trying to do the right thing to Bush and his cronies. CanadianMist 20:31, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
- That is probably better suited for the Opinion page --SVTCobra 20:59, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
Lead
editThis would merit lead were the Democrat majority behind it - they're not. --Brian McNeil / talk 19:18, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
- I totally agree, but I'm not gonna put my own story back, I leave that for someone else who agrees that this is not the best second lead we have for the moment.--Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 12:59, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
