I forgot to add a source for that. In a Four Corners investigation, the transcript says the following:

ADELE FERGUSON: Later that evening, Jeff wrote a letter to the corporate regulator ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission). He outlined corruption and misconduct and how innocent people were losing their life savings.

The letter, sent on October 30, 2008 also warned of a cover up inside the bank.

This transcript can be found here.

Okay. I added the source and restored the info — since it's so straightforward in this case, and since requiring you do do it would hold things up when the 24-hour window for post-publish edits was already underway. Ideally, though, you'd add those things yourself — just edit the article; it doesn't get published until a reviewer reviews it. One person to make the edit and a second to review it gives two chances to catch errors. --Pi zero (talk) 01:32, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
