Talk:Car bombing kills Yemen government official; ISIS claims responsibility

Headline

The current headline seems to suggest that the most important thing about the event is that ISIS claims responsibility for it. The three sources all use headlines apparently suggesting the bombing is the most important thing, and I'm inclined to agree.
