So this version of the article is apparently not fresh due to later developments. Other aspects of the situation have likely changed too, so some real careful research is called for to make sure one is updating everything about the story that needs updating. The headline has three problems. Obviously, if the official death toll is no longer eight, the number in the leading is wrong. It is advisable not to write a specific death toll into an article like this, exactly because the number might change after publication. The headline currently is not specific enough. Tell the most important and unique thing in the headline — the headline needs to be unique for all time, in the Wikinews archives. Questions about the above? Ask.
