Friendly Fire is not proven edit

Since the investigation has just begun, I don't think we can say for a fact it was friendly fire although it is certainly likely to be determined to be that. That's why I think it should be in quotes as well as the fact it is a colloqial term,I think. Neutralizer 16:15, 4 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

It looks a little sillly when it appearrs in quotes near the end of the article. Why not just do the title & first occurance? It is literally a quote the first time its used, but not so much afterwards. Nyarlathotep 08:07, 5 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Isn't this settled for the 2002 incident? Why is that in quotes as well? -- Sdfisher 15:10, 5 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
