No opposition?

I find it hard to believe there is no opposition to this bill, but this article makes no mention of it. WSS (talk) 01:24, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

There's a dearth of evidence of opposition in the cited sources; the only relevant passage I see is this in The Guardian: "But the idea that homosexuality can be cured — by therapy and/or prayer — persists in conservative Christian circles." --Pi zero (talk) 03:29, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

For minors

I think the headline should read "California passes law banning gay-to-straight therapy for minors," since adults are still allowed to seek therapy themselves. 67.232.147.183 (talk) 07:36, 5 October 2012 (UTC)

• Headline changes are best done before publication, as after publication they cause multiple-entries on some feeds, and in any case substantive changes to an article are prohibited after 24 hours post-publication.
• What you describe might, in its time, have somewhat improved the title, though the current headline is tolerably okay as the lede promptly explains this.
