Title

For starters, the title needs to be far more precise. X vs Y conflict isn't unique enough, a news report needs to be specific down to a conflict near a border town or area. in some way that means we won't have a headline clash. Brian McNeil / ^talk 22:00, 28 December 2005 (UTC)
