First of all, they're from Sweden. Everyone who knows about the band knows that; it was no-end frustrating that the sources didn't mention it. Truth is, anybody who cares already knows. Although it's implied strongly in the stuff about self-producing.

The fb page is here. Fb does this thing nowadays where it rates 'top' comments (based on the number of likes). The top comment on the announcement, with over 1.2K likes, is "arch enemy without Angela Gossow is not arch enemy anymore..."

The next-top comment is well short of that with 172 likes. Here it is in its entirety:

Angela, thank you so much for more than a decade of incredible performance! You kicked asses miles high. I for one am grateful for the energy and passion you have given to us all through your voice. Enjoy the time with your family!

Alissa, as much as Angela's departure from the line-up saddens me, I'm looking forward to hear the new Arch Enemy. This will be great. This will be fucking great!
