@Acagastya: I was a little uncomfortable during the review since, afaics, there was only one source for the Munir loan, yet it was in the lede as a supplementary detail to the focus. Mentioning in the headline further acknowledges the status of the Munir supplement as a secondary element of the focus. I decided (obviously) to allow the post-publish rename.
