Despite being translated into another language; remember translation in itself does not remove copyright claims (it actually adds to the list of people whose permission one would need to use the work). There were some minor fact-check problems; but one major one: as best I saw, no-one has actually made a statement about the cause of the collapse. The statement of cause in the article clearly needed to be attributed, and when I looked for who said it, I didn't find anyone. The sources all note that those two problems are common in the area, but there seems to be no official word yet on the cause of this particular collapse. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
