frankly, there's a 50%/50% chance, every year, that the title is true, assuming nothing. So as titled, this information is not newsworthy. If it can be said that the rate of causalities in increasing significantly, that's different; that's newsworthy. Kevin Baastalk 5 July 2005 03:02 (UTC)
