riot happened. Guayaquil is the town where the prison riot happened. The prison riot broke out between rival drug lords.
The corrections agency of Ecuador reported the death toll on X on Wednesday. The prison riot happened at the Litoral Penitentiary. Noboa says his direction towards organized crime is making strong results.
At least 14 people were injured.
