On Sunday, two Russian oil tankers wrecked in the Kerch Strait in the Black Sea, which caused an oil spill.
The precise nature of the spill remains unknown.
The ships were carrying a combined total of 29 crew and personnel. According to the BBC, one person was killed.
A rescue effort was put into effect, and consisted of helicopters and tugboats.
The incident was being investigated for criminal negligence.
