The Metropolitan Police Service has questioned the suspects of the foiled July 21 bombing attacks. They are also seeking extradition of a fifth suspect from Rome.

Osman Hussain, 27, the suspect in Rome allegedly told investigators that the explosives he was carrying was not enough to even "harm people nearby." He also is reported to have said that "We were supposed to blow ourselves up."

The suspected bombers in the attacks were all from the war-torn East African countries of Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia
