Surprising

I am surprised that Ajit Pai and the FCC is taking the lead on this. Maybe they feel they need some better PR after the whole net neutrality repeal. I would have thought this would have been more for Homeland Security and FEMA. But what do I know? As they say, the government works in mysterious ways.
