Comments:Two Michigan children, aged 9 and 11, charged with sex crimes

This is sick

edit

I think this just demonstrates the moral depravity of our society. This nation has turned so far away from God that we have kids raping kids.

It's time for decent people to take a stand and get the Bible back into the marketplace and fight back against satan.

Right. Because religious men have absolutely no trouble resisting sexual temptation and raping boys. That's never happened. Get real, guy. irid t i e 05:29, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Only catholics. --206.116.168.12 06:19, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
You're delusional if you believe that. irid t i e 06:20, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Well Muslims too, but no Christians. --206.116.168.12 11:13, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Not anyone that should go by the title of Religious, anyway. --70.67.109.187 15:17, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Predatory or Experimental?

edit

I am so sick of these weirdos trying justify pedophilia.

Who cares what their motives were, they should both be hanged.

Although, to be honest hanging is probably too honorable for them. I say shoot them like dogs.

Are you trying to tell me you'd hang two children? Or shoot them? Who is the monster here? irid t i e 05:14, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I would hang or shoot them. In fact (as long as there were no legal consequences for me) I would volunteer to hang them and provide my own rope. --206.116.168.12 06:20, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Sounds like I need to make a call to the police. What a guy, folks! irid t i e 06:21, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Ever heard of something called the First Ammendment? --206.116.168.12 11:13, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
The first amendment's protections of free speech ends where you infringe on the rights of others. irid t i e 19:46, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
If they do such things as children, what would they be up to as grown-ups? Int19h 06:14, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Well, clearly we shouldn't try counseling. Boy, would that be a ridiculous idea. irid t i e 06:16, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Discussion over. --71.84.195.131 20:39, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Hmm. Maybe prevention instead of punishment? Earlier sex education, or maybe just teaching kids thats its wrong to trick or coerce others. You can teach morality without necessarily attaching religious rhetoric. On the other side, just teach kids that they don't have to do what others tell them to do. It'd make it harder for teachers to keep control of a class of kids, but prepare them better for sticking up for themselves in real life. --121.45.6.6 16:02, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

-Punishment, yes, but certainly not shooting them. Psychiatric help and other counseling would also be in order. Religion, however, has little to do with this issue- you don't need to be indoctrinated to have morals.

First affairs with teachers...

I thought Teabagging was out of hand! I doubt this stuff would be so common if people told their children about 'the birds and the bees' earlier and in more creative ways. And I am sure it has nothing to do with religion. Hiding the fact that sex exists can only leave people more open to 'experimentation'. Look at this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdzrX-otxSI (sorry I couldn't find one without the stupid text interruptions, bear with it). Contralya 10:10, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

These are just kids. Yes, what they've done is wrong, but it's not because they're demented. They're ignorant. They don't realize what an invasion of space this is, more than likely, or how wrong it is. Something like this happened locally a couple months ago; apparently the victimizer had been abused in his own home.

This kids need to be controlled, monitors, and counselled. Probably psychiatrically treated. Huge punishment for minors, especially pre-pubescent kids... no way.

I didn't say they needed to be punished and they are simply ignorant. But LIKE I SAID, if they would of been told about that stuff it probably wouldn't of happened.

I am reminded of how once a very religious couple talked to a doctor about not being able to have a baby. The doctor asked them how often they had sex, and they didn't know what sex was because of their parents. Contralya 17:35, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

9/11!

Yea, that is weird!

Jailtime

edit

I think they should be put in jail for that. They knew what they were doing was wrong. Flubeca 00:45, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
