Here is a source for this: http://techshrimp.com/2010/11/03/turkey-imposes-youtube-ban-again/. I tried to add a note regarding this but got reverted by a known user. I don't know why.

The article is dated November 1. You added information that you stated was from November 3. Why do you think this time travel was reverted? News archives are a historical record.

OK, but I personally believe it's inappropriate to have this article at the main page, especially if it's outdated. But OK, then I have to try creating a new article that replaces this one.

Yes, it is an inappropriate lead story. I posted another in its place.

I thought the article was kind of bias, implying that Turkey was wrong to ban YouTube in the first place. The article was presented well, though. I haven't check out out the sources, so I wouldn't know the reliability and completeness.

It's very hard to judge this considering that Turkey is having to conform to a free speech clause of the EU to see how it was biased. A source from a supporter of the ban would be hard to find because they are likely to get a hammering from pro-freedom groups.
