Although this might meet the requirement of heroic removal from the gene pool, the means isn't extraordinary. Very-drunk driving just isn't in the same league with, say, jumping out of a plane to film skydivers without wearing a parachute.
there is no results back yet claiming how drunk or the level he was at. You should remove this. it will be 4 to 6 weeks before they have those results..
