Unclear legal situation

Obviously #3 doesn't belong on the list, if it doesn't exist.

Number 9 doesn't belong either. Although it is a little old fashioned, it still makes sense.

Cannabis prohibition should have been included, what could be more stupid than a law banning a plant that is safer than aspirin?

The UK equivalent of a Motor vehicle act, should also be included, as they should have been banned 100 years ago. How smart is it to let private motor vehicles take over your motorways, when they must be responsible for over half a million deaths in the UK by now. Trains, bicycles, pedal cabs, and cargo-bikes, could meet all your transportation needs with no tail-pipe emissions and only tiny fraction of the crash deaths.
