In the words of Token, a character in the show South Park: "Jesse Jackson is NOT the God of black people!" I can't agree more. By the way, neither is Al Sharpton. As a black man myself, I can proudly say what I want on the subject.

I can only hope that holds true for the rest of black people, or else Obama stands the chance of being rejected by his own race. ~Planoneck~ 17:57, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
Almost Anything other than four more years of self-serving, cronyistic, bottom-feeding Republicans *has* to be an improvement. --Brian McNeil / talk 18:03, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
How about a nice old man who has a certain friendly Grandpa-quality? --SVTCobra 18:12, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, but Ike ain't around anymore. Despite what many seem to believe. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.163.165.236 (talk) 11:21, 13 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
John McCain supports continuing in Iraq and the pouring of billions more dollars into the Military Industrial Complex. I don't have much faith in Obama cutting off the fire-hose supply of cash to military contractors, the American people have been convinced that spending a billion here and there on stealth fighters and smart missiles beats pissed off militants who have an AK47 each and know how to brew up explosives in a bathtub. Perhaps the US military should invest in bathtubs instead? --Brian McNeil / talk 17:51, 14 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
So you want the US to use dumb bombs and kill the civilians indescriminately instead of accidentially. I think you are right. It would be cheaper to bomb ala Dresden whenever there is a town that becomes infected with insurgents. Thanks, Brian. PS You got off-topic pretty quickly. --SVTCobra 18:51, 14 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
