I remember when the biggest concern about toys was kids choking on them! Now it is discovered that many toys use led paint and other things... What is next? Contralya 20:52, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- If you go back 10-15 years nobody really cared about lead paint. Simple thing is you don't give painted toy soldiers to kids who're so young they'll stick it in their mouth. This is what... beads? What's wrong with plastic - when sproglet has to pass it out the other end they'll learn why it says "Do not eat" on the packet.
- To give a contrary opinion, people are dumb and will poison themselves with things like this. My partner had just been shopping in Body Shop and had a bag full of bath pearls (they're filled with oil). She tried offering them to people as confectionery and 90% of the time had to shout at them as they opened their mouth to put in a greasy treat. --Brian McNeil / talk 16:42, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
