Jack Thompson got what was coming to him. The idiot filed numerous frivolous lawsuits and tied up the legal system. Thompson is just an idiot trying to get attention. Jack Thompson disbarred

Jack Thompson is an American hero. His fight against the traffic of obscene or violent materials and their makers has cost him his job, as the media lobby has convinced the courts of the "legality" of pornography and murder simulators in the possession of 12-year-olds is "art" and that it is protected by the 1st Amendment. Thompson said during his crusade against the hardcore pornography of 2 Live Crew that "any industry that sends the message that women can be sexually abused will be drawn and quartered". While leftist feminists focused on the use of terms like "freshman" as sexist, Thompson realized that what 2 Live Crew was doing was dangerous and harmful, especially in the hands of the children it was being marketed to. In addition to 2 Live Crew, Thompson has also sent the careers of many violent video game makers "back in the toilet were they started". Kudos to him. He is a martyr for common decency.

Allow me to rephrase that. While he said and did some questionable things, he was couragious in that he targeted violent and obscene entertainers without worrying what the gaming or music industries would think, and I find it hard to believe that this disbarrment is unrelated to that. YES NOW THAT'S REAL JUSTICE!!!!

Jack Thompson is an example of what's wrong with this puritanical society...I own some of the Video games he was trying to get rid of....I enjoy them very much...does that make me want to do half the crap he says they purportedly cause??? NO NO NO!!!!! I'm glad to see REAL JUSTICE was done by the disbarment!
