I like it. It is hardly a minor affair when your talking death or disability. Remember that most of the money from expensive cases tends to pay for healthcare related to the injury and effectively isn't truely the claimant's. (They can squander it if they really want to, but that would be stupid as medical bills don't pay themselves. Remember it is not their fault they have to pay them.)
