Colombia beats USA 1-0 for 2016 Copa América bronze

On Saturday, in the Copa América match for third place, Colombia defeated hosts United States in the University of Phoenix Stadium, in Arizona.
USA had more shots than Colombia, but the Colombians had slightly better ball possession. Colombian striker Carlos Bacca scored a goal guarded by Tim Howard just after the half an hour mark as Los Cafeteros were 1–0 up at half time.
Two players — one of each team — were sent off. Michael Orozco of USA was booked in the 88th minute and later sent off. Colombian Santiago Arias collected two yellow cards in two minutes and was sent off along with Orozco.
Goalkeeper David Ospina won the Man of the Match award making two saves and two clearances.
