Dates on stories?

Is it possible to put dates next to the regional stories? Smaller regions (eg New Zealand) only have a few stories and the latest ones are quite old. It would be nice to be able to see this without reading each one. Guest, 00:52 3 November 2005 (GMT)

More localer news

I agree with needing to keep it easy to browse, but what about having sections for very local news? For example, what if I want stories that might go under United States/Texas/Houston/The Heights (it's kind of a ward or borough of Houston)? I'm not going to go adding subtopics that are one of what could be a bajillion, but is there a reasonable solution for doing something like this? Jordanmills 17:10, 28 September 2005 (UTC)

Update: I have just changed the background color of the top part to green, to combat the problems associated with blue text on blue background (albeit different shades, they may pose a problem for the colorblind). —MESSEDROCKER (talk) 00:47, 1 October 2005 (UTC)
