Issues and technical possibilities

There is no way to allow editorials in the main namespace without violating the spirit *and* the letter of the WMF NPOV. It could theoretically be done in an Editorial: namespace. This would, likely, result in a need for an Editorial:Main Page, which would further fragment the en.Wikinews community - both readership and contributors.
