It'd be very cool if one could solicit comment on the situation from an expert in international law; that's an advanced technique, of course, for which it would help a lot if the reporter either maintained a list of possible contacts, or had access to some guidance on finding contacts, for on-the-moment commentary on various subjects. Guidance like that is on our wish list of infrastructure improvements.
