This is Human (R)evoltion & Modernity and Killer gene switch needs to be turned off. How do you explain a Human Citzen of Norway to turn into an inhuman abNormalWay? Random Killing in Cosmopolitan Society is almost accepted and ignored.
A new Human Race is evolving.These Humans have their flesh fly gene switched on, which have no other purpose. The same goes to serial killers, those responsible for destruction of fellow Humans or property without any remorse. History repeats itself. Such Humans do not Care about Law, Rules and Empathy.
