This template selects a message for MediaWiki:Sitenotice.

Usage edit

Specify the number of options to be chosen between using an unnamed parameter. The result should be a non-negative integer strictly less than that. Default at this writing is 16.

Internals edit

Uses {{CURRENTTIMESTAMP}}, which should be a sequence of digits giving the current time to the second, modulo the number of options.
