Usage
This is a subtemplate of {{infobox}}. It takes from one to twelve unnamed parameters, and returns one of them. As of this writing, the selection should rotate once an hour, based on the {{CURRENTHOUR}} magic word, and {{infobox/p2}} uses it to select from multiple images.
Internals
When there is more than one image to choose from, this template calls {{infobox/select2}}. The call to {{CURRENTHOUR}} is isolated in the other template, so that it never occurs in the expansion of any infobox with only one image, and the wiki software shouldn't have to be at all clever to avoid recomputing the infobox on the hour.
