This image must not be transferred to the Wikimedia Commons. It is in the public domain or freely licensed in the United States but not in its country of origin. Commons only accepts files that are free in both the United States and the country of origin.

Usage

This template takes no parameters and can be added to free files that should not be moved to Commons. Add the following code to the file page:
