Newsworthy?

I don't think this is particularly newsworthy for an international news source. For Yorkshire, sure. For England, maybe. For the Commonwealth, probably not. People die in house fires probably several times a day. Here's an example from my area this week:

Actually, there's nothing in our policies that prohibits local news. If it's significant enough to be reported on in a local newspaper, it's probably newsworthy enough for us to publish. We try to be both local and international. Tempodivalse [talk] 03:08, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
