Doesn't make sense

- The passage is from Wikipedia's article. Sadly, that article is badly written and trying to do three jobs at once. I removed it. I think "open access" is explained well without it - once in the article body in brackets and once at the end in more detail. That should do it. Redvers (talk) 21:13, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
