Talk:Wikipedia, Reddit in 'blackout' against SOPA, PROTECT IP laws
OR tag
editI've put the OR tag on there, because of the fact that when using unpublished comments (like Wikipedia discussions), in the past we've slapped an OR tag on. (For me, the last time I did it was probably Proms performance by Israel Philharmonic Orchestra disrupted) —Tom Morris (talk) 22:40, 17 January 2012 (UTC)

What percentage of users supported or opposed the blackout?
editThe article indicates how many users supported the blackout, but this is meaningless unless we know at least one of:
- how may users opposed the blackout
- how many users expressed an opinion either way
- what percentage of users participated/supported/opposed the action.
